Abstract Submission
The Executive Committee of the 30th Biennial Conference of AABE invites proposals for oral presentations, poster presentations, and workshops.
The submission platform opens on April 1 2026.
The submission dealine is June 30, 2026 (6 pm local time).
Before submitting, we recommend carefully reviewing the following Abstract Submission Guidelines to ensure your proposal meets the conference requirements.
Submission Guideline
- Abstract should be written with Microsoft Word in Times New Roman, including the title (font size 16 in bold type), subtitle if needed (font size 14 in bold type), author’s names (font size 12), affiliations (font size 12 in italics), text (maximum 250 words, font size 12) and keywords (maximum 7, font size 12).
- Please use a template file for making an abstract.
- The abstract should be saved as both Word and PDF files, which will be uploaded when the registration form is sent. The file name should be the first author’s name.
- At least one author of each presentation must be registered for the conference.

Conference Session Formats
- Oral Presentations: Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Poster Presentations: Poster presentations allow for multiple presenters. Posters should be printed in A0 format, 85.1 cm (W) X 118.9 cm (H). Orientation should be portrait (vertical).
Submissions will be accepted starting April 1, 2026.
